Dane County Parking Ramp

The Dane County employee parking garage has outlived its useful life. Hunks of concrete are falling from the ceiling and exposed rebar continues to deteriorate. Something must be done to provide a safe and multifunctional facility that serves the needs of both the county and the surrounding neighborhood. If elected, Henry would work to facilitate a redevelopment process of the site whether for exclusive county use or a public-private partnership with a local developer to create underground parking beneath a new mixed-use building on the site.
